Terms of Use

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Keep your password private and tell us if your account is compromised.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone else.

A club founder and the managers they appoint can manage the squad, set lineups, sync results, moderate content and remove members. Players can manage their own player card, availability and reactions. Manager rights are granted on the server only — nobody can give themselves manager rights from the app.

The following are not allowed anywhere in the app, including in gamertags, initials, profile pictures, announcements and reactions:

• Harassment, bullying or threats.
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
• Sexual or explicit material.
• Illegal content or the encouragement of illegal acts.
• Impersonating another person, team or organisation.
• Spam, scams or misleading promotions.
• Copyright infringement or use of artwork you have no right to use.
• Sharing another person's private information.
• Abusive or offensive pictures, names or messages.

You must accept these rules before uploading a profile picture or posting content that other members can see.

You keep ownership of what you upload and confirm you have the right to use it. You give us permission to store and display it inside your club so the app can work. New or replaced profile pictures may be reviewed by a manager before they become visible.

Any member can report a player, profile picture or piece of content from the in-app report action. Reports go to the managers of that club, who can hide or remove content, remove a profile picture, warn, suspend or ban a member, and record the reason. Serious cases can be escalated to us through support. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The app, its design, artwork and premium token frames belong to us and may not be copied or resold. Pro Clubs FC is an independent community app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. All game names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules or puts other members at risk. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile settings.

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and imported match data depends on third-party servers we do not control. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in these terms takes away any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in your country of residence.
