Delete your account

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open Pro Clubs FC and sign in.
2. Go to the Squad page and open your own player card.
3. Choose Edit profile, then Delete account.
4. Confirm your identity and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. If you founded a club you must first transfer ownership to another manager or delete the club.

Request deletion without signing in

Email privacy@proclubsfc.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and email address.
• Your gamertag, initials, preferred positions and profile picture files.
• Your availability entries, reactions and content you posted.
• Your club membership, role and invite records.
• Reports and support requests you submitted.

What is kept

Club match results and team-level statistics remain so the club history stays correct. Any appearance of yours in them is anonymised to "Deleted Player" with no link back to your account. Records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons are retained for as long as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions) before deleting your account.
